IP addresses are anonymized. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Formspree
Our contact and hiring inquiry forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form submission service. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Flywheel receives your submitted information via email notification.
4.2 Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data. Google may transfer this data to servers in the United States and other countries. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We have enabled IP anonymization on all GA4 tracking on this Site.
4.3 Google Fonts
We load typography from Google Fonts, which may result in your browser making a request to Google's servers. Google may collect limited data (such as your IP address) from this request. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our client records — typically no longer than 3 years unless a business relationship is ongoing. Email addresses collected via the email capture form are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' default retention settings (up to 14 months for event data).
